CREATIVE DIRECTOR & HEAD HONCHO

Founder of Strata-G, Anna Laura’s early days in advertising and marketing began in the big apple where she worked alongside some of the top worldwide agencies such as Ogilvy, DDB Worldwide & McCann Ericksen. She returned home and further honed her skills as a Marketing Director for a local reinsurance company before founding Strata-G in 2006.  

 

At Strata-G, she is the fierce leader and the crucial connector between business and creativity.  Anna Laura always has her finger on the pulse. Her pace is fast and her mission is to make work challenging but fun, interesting and rewarding for all.

 

Described as driven, Anna Laura is an avid long-distance runner. She has run over 10 marathons and has a goal of running a marathon in every continent. She says that many of her creative ideas come to her when she goes out for a long run.

Francesca Rowlinson

Francesca got her start in the industry working for Contagious, a marketing intelligence service headquartered in London that helps global brands and agencies like Nike and Heineken achieve winning, disruptive ideas. Having always leaned towards a creative career and away from traditional paths, advertising seemed the perfect fit - mixing strategy and innovation.

 

At Strata-G she bounces between account management, creative direction, running digital campaigns and all sorts in between!

 

Avarie Graham

LEAD GRAPHIC DESIGNER &
ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGER

Every designer finds their way to the field via a spark of inspiration.  Avarie’s spark was ignited when she came across Archie comics as a child.  She developed her interest in drawing and painting through mimicking the photographs, illustrations and graphics found in books and magazines.  Since then, Avarie has had the privilege of designing for well-known brands such as Ban.do, Puma and Nike. She has even worked for celebrity artist Solange Knowles and her collective, Saint Heron.

 

Today as a full time creative at Strata-G, we look to Avarie and her design work which varies from digital and print advertising campaigns to interactive websites.

 

You may recognize her colorful aesthetic from her vibrant photographs of the island’s various settings when you come across them.

 

In her spare time, Avarie loves taking detailed photos of Bermuda which she then turns into prints, coasters, magnets and cards for sale.
