About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing social media strategies, capturing content, creating and managing monthly calendars for clients across diverse industries and collaborating with our wider team.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute creative and engaging social media strategies tailored to each client’s brand goals and audiences

• Content Creation: Plan, capture (on smartphone), and edit content across various formats, including stories, carousels, and reels

• Social Media Management: Create and manage monthly content calendars for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

• Trend Tracking: Keep up with emerging digital and cultural trends and incorporate them into content

• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure content aligns with wider brand goals and projects. Collaborate with clients to align on goals, approvals, and performance

• Performance Monitoring: Provide insights for content optimisation and strategy refinement

Requirements

• Experience managing business social media accounts

• Strong eye for design and general understanding of brand guidelines/how to apply them

• Ability to shoot and edit short-form video content for social

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

• Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g. Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, etc.) is preferred

• Experience with Adobe InDesign would be a bonus, but not required

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple accounts
